A Few Minor Issues Noted

The grounds feature a lake where guests can use kayaks for free. Breakfast offered a good selection of food options to choose from.
I noticed some broken lights in the pool area. Some lights around the public areas were also broken. I observed some building work was underway, I assume for repairs.

The air conditioning barely worked in my beautiful villa. it struggled to cool the room, and i ended up quite sweaty. plus, the breakfast was fairly basic. Not much variety and the pastries seemed a bit stale. i also encountered several mosquitoes in my room every night, a mosquito coil would have been nice. it's a shame because the location felt calm and the staff were friendly, but those issues really impacted my overall comfort.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is away from the busy area, which i appreciated. The hotel shuttle provided easy access to the town and the beach.
The beds and pillows were UNCOMFORTABLE. It was difficult to sleep. The bungalow was split into two villas with NO soundproofing. I could hear every word from the couple next door.

the free shuttle to ao nang was very useful. i saw monkeys and elephants which was exciting i enjoyed the kayaking. the room was spacious.
The bed was really hard i found the pillows uncomfortable and i only had one. there was a lot of noise because there was no soundproofing. the connecting door was locked. i could hear everything next door.

I found some issues I cannot overlook. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough. The remote control for the TV also did not work well I had to press the buttons multiple times. These small things impacted my overall comfort a bit I would have expected better maintenance in a place like this.

the family room was spacious i watched monkeys from the balcony it was great. i also enjoyed watching the elephants from the sanctuary next door being washed.
the shower water pressure was low and the water was not hot.
